Castle is a thinner Aniline leather with a batique-effect and displays all the features possessed by the original hide. Visible insect-bites and scars from healed wounds add to the natural character of the leather.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

Raw material: Grain leather from Scandinavian cattle. All ILS leather is dyed through tested at ILSs' laboratory. A hide is selected at random from every batch of finished leather and checked in accordance with the following:

FLAME RESISTANCE:

The material fulfills the requirements according to ISO 8191:1 (Butane Gas Flame), ISO 8191:2 (Smouldering cigarette) and EN 1021-1&2.

Daylight source D 65 closely corresponding to CIE standard light D 65

Rohmaterial: Narbenleder, aus Häuten vom skandinavischen Rind. Verarbeitung, Kontrolle: Alle Leder der ILS-Produktion sind durchgefärbt und im Werkslabor getestet. Aus jeder Fertigpartie wird eine Stichprobe entnommen und wie folgt gepüft

Castle est un cuir anilin plus mince présentant un aspect de Batik. II a conservé toutes les caractéristiques initiales de la peau de l'animal. Les marques de piqûres d'insectes et les cicatrices apparentes contribuent au caractère sauvage de ce cuir.

CARACTERISTIQUES TECHNIQUES

Matière première: Cuir pleine fleur de bovins scandinaves. Tous les cuirs ILS sont teintés dans la masse et testés au laboratoire ILS. Une peau est prélevée au hasard en fin de production dans chaque lor de cuirs, pour subir Ie controle suivant:

Les matériaux testés satisfonT aux exigences de la norme ISO 8191:1 (Flamme gaz butane), ISO 8191:2 (combustion d'une cigarette) et EN 1021-1&2.

TENUE A LALUMIERE:

La source D 65 reproduisanr la lumière du jour correspond exactement à la luminosité D 65 définie selon les standard de l'échelle CIE.
